What to expect:

Ice breakers + Mindful warm-up (courtesy of the fabulous Monica Bowen)
Special guest, Amy Firth will share some exciting news about the new Philips Academy satellite campus in Davidson, set to open in Fall 2026!
Kids of ALL ages welcome! Doug will be leading activities.

Bring a snack to share with the other moms if you’d like (not required) – just come ready to connect, laugh, and recharge!
