Let's Build Skills

The Program

Let’s Build Skills is an innovative program that’s data based and person focused. This two-week program is designed to build physical and cognitive endurance while practicing skill building activities to build communication, teamwork, participation and engagement. Each day includes three separate activities to practice transitions and every day builds upon the next to increase confidence and relationship building while growing toward independence. Each participant will learn new activities and get better at building relationships. They are with people of all ages, with all abilities and a range of age between 18-35. We’ll encourage each person to expand conversations, maintain or set boundaries and have fun learning new things.
